Key Responsibilities​​

  • Support government agencies (e.g., legal, public security, regional authorities)​​ or ​​K12 educational institutions (schools, EdTech companies)​​ in accelerating digital transformation through AI-driven software solutions (e.g., smart campus platforms, public safety analytics tools) that address core operational pain points (e.g., teaching efficiency, data security).

  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with government decision-makers (e.g., bureau directors, project leads)​​, ​​school principals​​, and education institution leaders​​. Leverage direct government/K12 education sector resources (e.g., past collaborations, industry networks) to drive solution adoption.

  • Develop proactive sales strategies and end-to-end solution selling approaches tailored to the unique needs of government or education sectors (e.g., "AI-assisted teaching" for K12, "smart governance" for public sectors). Strengthen client stickiness through customized account development plans (e.g., regular needs assessments, outcome reviews).

  • Collaborate with product, technical, and delivery teams to align AI solutions with client requirements, ensuring seamless implementation and high customer satisfaction. Translate technical capabilities (e.g., NLP, big data analytics) into actionable business value for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., explaining how a smart scheduling system reduces administrative costs for school principals).

​​Qualifications​​

(Candidates without government or K12 education sector resources will not pass initial resume screening.)

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with proven expertise in government (e.g., public security, legal) or K12 education (schools, EdTech).

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation challenges in government (e.g., cross-department data collaboration) or K12 education (e.g., uneven resource distribution), with the ability to articulate how AI technologies (e.g., NLP, machine learning) solve these issues.
  • Familiarity with core functions and use cases of EdTech solutions (e.g., smart campus platforms) and government software (e.g., collaborative governance systems).
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical value into non-technical terms (e.g., presenting to school principals or government officials).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams (product, technical) and drive rapid response to client needs.
  • Native-level Cantonese fluency (critical for engaging Hong Kong-based government/education clients); fluent Mandarin (for Greater Bay Area projects); business-level English (for emails and presentations).
