Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales and marketing of the company's [pharmaceutical, health supplement, and skincare] products in the Hong Kong market. This includes:
1. In-depth research on the Hong Kong market, analyzing competitors, customer needs, and market trends, and formulating sales plans;
2. Developing and negotiating with clients through various channels, including managing Hong Kong social media, visiting clients, and participating in trade shows;
3. Independently overseeing the entire sales process, including client development, order acceptance, business negotiations, contract signing, production progress, and shipment follow-up;
4. Analyzing market sales data, adjusting strategies promptly, and leading the regional sales team to explore new markets and increase market share.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related field such as medicine, marketing, or teaching;
2. At least three years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry;
3. Ability to travel, with a positive image and good manners, good English, and fluent Cantonese.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, business negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills, and execution capabilities; strong sense of responsibility and the ability to withstand moderate work pressure.
