Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for dry wall solution including fiber cement plasterboard, gypsum plasterboard and insulation products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction industries, including developers, architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors.
- Provide technical expertise on product selection and installation.
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor project pipelines and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building service, marketing, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dry wall sales or technical sales, with a strong focus on specification and working with developers, architects and contractors in both Hong Kong and Macau
- Detailed knowledge of building codes, standards, and performance requirements for a wide range of ceiling and dry wall solution products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Willingness to travel within Hong Kong, Macau, and the surrounding region as needed
