Job Description 工作内容
1.Locate mobile phone resources locally in Hong Kong, including shops, market stalls, mobile phone transit stations, etc. Promote company services, negotiate and communicate with clients to secure partnerships.
在香港本地尋找手機資源,包括店鋪、檔口、手機中轉站等,推廣公司業務,與客戶談判溝通達成合作
2.Conduct cold visits to second-hand mobile phone stores, recycling merchants, and wholesale markets across major districts in Hong Kong.
負責拜訪香港各大區域內二手手機門店、回收商、批發市場。
3.Collect client needs, provide feedback to the company, and assist clients in resolving technical issues.
收集客戶需求,反饋給公司,幫助客戶解決疑難雜症。
4.Maintain existing clients and develop new clients, including regular on-site visits.
維護老客戶,尋找新客戶,定期登門拜訪。
5.Track data verification tasks to ensure timely payments to clients.
後期需對數據核對事項進行跟蹤,確保及時給客戶打款。
6.Regularly gather industry intelligence and effectively achieve company-defined targets.
定期收集行業信息,有效完成公司制定的各項任務目標。
7.Manage teams and cultivate talent reserves.
管理團隊,為團隊培養人才。
Job Requirements 任職要求
8.Hong Kong local resident with thorough familiarity of Hong Kong; must currently reside in Hong Kong.
香港本地人,熟悉香港,瞭解香港,居住在香港,會粵語。
9.Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous, patient, responsible, and team-oriented.
具備良好的溝通與協調能力,細緻耐心,有較強的責任心和團隊合作意識。
10.High learning ability and adaptability; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
有較強的學習能力和適應能力,能適應多任務並行和快節奏工作環境。
11.Experience in or knowledge of the mobile phone industry is a plus.
從事過或瞭解過手機行業相關經驗者優先。
12.Resilience under pressure: Adaptable to high-intensity work, willing to accept short-term business trips or frequent client visits.
