Sales & eCommerce Assistant

What you’ll be doing?

Sales:

• Support participation in tender cases, including preparation of documents and tender materials
• Assist in procurement & product sourcing
• Visit potential customers and promote products
• Assist in local & overseas exhibitions and events
• Provide operational support in sales promotional campaigns, or other tasks assigned by Sales Manager

E-commerce:

• Assist in daily sales transaction procedure, logistics & maintenance of inventory system
• Assist in B2C and B2B online sales and marketing development projects through social media, influencer marketing and international trade shows
• Monitor, maintain, follow up various online sales channels including websites, marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, Wechat “Mini Program”, Shopify, etc.
   

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum HKCEE / HKDSE qualifications, with at least 5 subjects passed including English and Chinese language, or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Passionate in digital trend, with strong understanding of current B2C online and offline markets
• Knowledge in designing & video editing tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is an advantage
• Knowledge of online sales channels including websites, marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, Wechat “Mini Program”, Shopify, etc. is an advantage
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently

Less experienced or qualified candidate may still be considered but switched into other post (negotiable).
