We’re expanding our team in our newly established Hong Kong office to support our growing customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive our sales efforts. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies, engage potential clients, and set up meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.

Objectives and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. Utilise various channels, including social media, emails and cold calls, to connect with prospects.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team. Ensure that leads meet the criteria for handoff to sales representatives.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed information about leads to facilitate effective follow-up.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong interest in lead generation and building relationships, previous experience in a lead generation role or related fields is a plus
- Experienced in e-commerce and marketing technology platform
- Believer in technology and data-driven approaches

Qualifications and Skillsets:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business development experience, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing sectors
- Technological: Experience working with software such as marketing and CRM platforms, and willingness to learn new ones.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer behaviour to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Creativity: Think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
