Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the respective sales person to maintain and develop a high standard of customer service to customers
• Responsible for daily customer enquiries, inventory checking, sales order processing, delivery and follow up
• Assist in sales promotion, product demonstration, and marketing events to achieve sales target
• Preparing analytical reports as assigned
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline. Certification in sales will be an asset
• Minimum 1 year working experience is preferred
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
• Immediately available preferred

RENUMERATION PACKAGE:

• Salary: HKD 17,000- 21,000 /month (Negotiable)
• 5 days workweek, ,bank holiday
• 14 days’ annual leave
• Medical Insurance and Dental Allowance
• Year End Bonus and Floating Salary
