Sales Associate (Full-time/Part-time)

About the role

Polette is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates with a keen eye for fashion to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with product selection and purchases
2. Maintaining store presentation and organisation to create an inviting shopping experience
3. Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
4. Accurately processing sales transactions and handling payment machine and POS systems
5. Collaborating with the team and internal departments to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
6. Actively participating in product knowledge training, in-store events and sales initiatives

What we're looking for

1. A positive, energetic and friendly attitude
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
3. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
4. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry, is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

4. 準確處理銷售交易，操作收款機及POS系統
5. 與團隊及內部部門協作，達成店鋪銷售目標(KPI)
6. 積極參與產品知識培訓、店內活動及銷售推廣計劃
