Responsibilities 工作職責

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming studio experience 接待客戶，營造溫馨友善的影樓體驗
• Understand client needs and recommend photography packages and products 了解客戶需求，推薦合適的攝影套餐及產品
• Manage bookings, schedule sessions, and follow up with leads 管理預約、安排拍攝時間並跟進潛在客戶
• Upsell prints, albums, and other studio offerings 推銷相片、相冊及其他影樓產品
• Collaborate with photographers and editors to ensure client satisfaction 與攝影師及編輯團隊合作，確保客戶滿意
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment 保持影樓整潔、有序及舒適的環境

Requirements 職位要求

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills 友善外向，具備良好溝通能力
• Proven sales or customer service experience (retail or hospitality a plus) 具備銷售或客戶服務經驗（零售或酒店業尤佳）
• Passion for photography and visual storytelling 熱愛攝影及視覺敘述
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 注重細節，具備良好組織能力
• Available to work weekends and evenings as needed 可於週末及晚上工作
• Open to full-time or part-time work 可接受全職或兼職工作
