职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and handle Sales & Administration duties including order entry, billing and invoicing, handling and monitoring from order to cash, logistics arrangement etc.;
- Follow up oversea customer orders and projects efficiently.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships;
- Prepare Sales and analysis reports e.g. sales report, GP report, market research report etc with analysis.
- Handle with ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years related working experience particular in trading firm;
- University or above;
- Good command in spoken and written English is a must; And good command in spoken and written Mandarin will be definitely advantage;
- Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel;
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently, proactively, Self-motivated, well organized, hard working and eager to learn;
- Immediate availability is definite preferred;
- Travel is occasionally required.
