职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and handle Sales & Administration duties including order entry, billing and invoicing, handling and monitoring from order to cash, logistics arrangement etc.;
  • Follow up oversea customer orders and projects efficiently.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships;
  • Prepare Sales and analysis reports e.g. sales report, GP report, market research report etc with analysis.
  • Handle with ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years related working experience particular in trading firm;
  • University or above;
  • Good command in spoken and written English is a must; And good command in spoken and written Mandarin will be definitely advantage;
  • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently, proactively, Self-motivated, well organized, hard working and eager to learn;
  • Immediate availability is definite preferred;
  • Travel is occasionally required.
