Sales Administrator (Guaranteed 13 months salary)

Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams in achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals;
• Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly
• Prepare and proceed quotation, sales orders and related documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and factories for order processing and shipment arrangements
• Communicate production updates to Managers and customers on regular basis.
• Prepare regular CS reports written in both Chinese & English

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business or related disciplines; Engineering background is preferrable, but not essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service
• Well-organized, independent, and self-motivated
• Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin.

• Pleasant, polite with good presentation and communication skills
