Retail Operation Assistant

RICCINI is a fast growing and well established Retailing company in Hong Kong. We are now looking for high caliber to join our Hong Kong retail team for the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Retail team to deliver the effective store operations service;
• Communicate closely between office and retail shops on daily retail operations issues;
• Preparing and analyzing retail reports;
• Providing general administrative and HR support

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in fashion retail industry
• Solid experience in fashion retail operations support is preferred but not necessary
• Responsible, independent, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
• Energetic, Self-motive and team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
