Your mission:

Yindii is looking for a self-driven & forward thinking Sales representative,

You will have a crucial role in the acquisition of new partners - hotels, bakeries, restaurants and more. You are responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching our value added service as well as maintaining good relationships with partners.

You are a sales hunter and you are passionate about creating win-win business relationships in the long-term. The successful candidate will also have a business network in the food industry & in-depth knowledge of sales techniques skills.

Your responsibilities:

● Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, visits, networking, and customer referrals

● Reach and exceed sales goals & targets

● Find ways to improve and accelerate sales pipelines

● Develop sales strategy and onboard new partners to turn them into our top ambassadors

● Negotiate deals & partnerships with the biggest retailers & chains in Hong Kong

● Build strong relationships with partners & ensure high-level of satisfaction

● Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and key stakeholders

● Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.

● Do a regular market research, attend various gatherings and conferences

● Take part in the development of a very exciting, fast-growing sustainable company

Requirements:

● Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese & English

● Independent and confident

● Self-monitored and Competitive

● 2+ years of experience as walk-in & outbound sales / cold calling / sales executive, fresh graduate also welcomed for entry sales position

● Experience in the food retail business, such as food delivery, e-commerce, POS/software technology or food retailer

● Results-focused and driven to smash targets

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software

● Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality

● You show commitment and structured problem-solver ability
