Research Assistant (Video Analysis Algorithm)

Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement multi-modal large models for video analysis and editing

Develop intelligent video features (temporal localization, highlight detection)

Conduct model training, optimization, and performance evaluation

Troubleshoot algorithm issues and improve system stability

Collaborate with product and development teams for feature implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field

Foundation in computer vision/video analysis

Experience with HuggingFace Transformers, TimeSformer, or VideoMAE

Proficient in Python with strong debugging skills

Fast learner with excellent teamwork abilities

Preferred:

Experience/interest in medical video analysis (surgical videos)

Knowledge of self-supervised learning or action recognition

Git version control experience

Familiarity with video editing tools
