Position Summary:

Support ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to a defined customer base or a group of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Manages a team of Key Account Managers; Owns overall customer relationship within the APAC region
2. Multi-task across different regional customers/programs and work with cross functional teams in the APAC regions on deliverables
3. Communicate and align with global colleagues, global customers, manage customer requirements and drive global/regional initiatives
4. Ensure common standards / SOPs across sites throughout the region
5. KPI & SLA monitoring as well as analysis and performance reporting (responsible for the MBR/QBR)
6. Escalation handling with root cause, corrective action & status updates
7. Coordination of ad hoc requests, problem resolution and improvement initiatives with functional departments in all relevant sites
8. Account P&L ownership incl. Invoicing/Forecasting/Budgeting
9. Maximize revenue, Review and Optimize cost base (cost driver analysis and close feedback loop to local teams)
10. Drive initiative for continuous process improvement
11. Responsible for Account Audits / Reviews / Development Plan
12. Coordination or full ownership of Arvato or customer initiated projects
13. Train the team on different programs and ensure cross training is done for each program
14. Support in any RFQ and RFP as and when assigned

Job Responsibilities:

1. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
2. +7 years demonstrated work experience in contract logistics or supply chain management.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent in both English and Chinese
5. Excellent command of PC knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint
6. Experience in SAP is a plus
7. Occasional travel
8. Able to work multi-task in a tight deadline
