职位描述

Responsibilities:-

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors, clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Handling general enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
  • Coordinate daily meetings, appointments and conference room booking
  • Providing administrative support, such as sorting and distributing mail, arranging couriers
  • Performing other general office duties as needed

Job Requirements:-

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Good in English, Chinese and basic Putonghua
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
