Responsibilities:-
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors, clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Handling general enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
- Coordinate daily meetings, appointments and conference room booking
- Providing administrative support, such as sorting and distributing mail, arranging couriers
- Performing other general office duties as needed
Job Requirements:-
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
- Good in English, Chinese and basic Putonghua
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred.
