About the role
We are seeking a talented Receptionist / Administrative Executive to join our team at Europ Assistance Hong Kong Limited in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong District. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing the scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
