Responsibilities
- Perform reception role in handling incoming telephone calls, couriers, in/out mails & greeting visitors
- Provide general clerical, administrative and operational support to the team
- Handle general administrative duties, data entry, prepare reports, filing … etc.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in office administration and reception
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
