职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, register of daily mails, dispatch of incoming daily mails to staff and courier services
- Handle the meeting rooms booking and responsible for tea/coffee serving; order and tidy up of daily meals for senior management
- Maintain the tidiness of the office area and meeting rooms
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Admin Department, such as prepare expenses reimbursement paper works, arrange office equipment maintenance, upload data of office equipment to relevant parties
- Responsible for stock take and order pantry and stationary supplies
- Responsible for cleaning of the panty equipment quarterly
- Supervise the monthly office cleaning
- Perform outdoor tasks such as courier service and cheque bank-in when necessary
Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Punctuality at work
- Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks
- Excellent telephone manner
- Pleasant, polite, cheerful, good communication and initiative on work;
- Organized, self-motivated and a good team player
