Responsibilities:
1. Perform procurement functions and clerical support to the purchasing department
2. Responsible for order processing and coordinating, e.g. obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers
3. Handle all aspect of the purchasing related document preparation
4. Work with overseas factories, offices in China and intra departments within the company
5. Monitor the stock level to ensure achievement of inventory stock turn targets and sales
6. Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories, to ensure the records are accurate
7. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Holder of HKDSE or Diploma in any disciplines
2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good team player and able to handle multiple tasks
5. Detail-minded, well organized with high accuracy
6. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
7. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Processing, Chinese Word Processing
Working Location: Kowloon Bay
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 09:00a.m.-18:00p.m.
