Responsibilities:
· Prepare monthly reports on purchase and inventory analysis
· Work closely with internal users for new product development
· Assist in ad hoc project as assigned
· Perform clerical support
· Responsible for quotation preparation, order follow up and related documents
· Communicate with factories, vendors and internal departments
Requirement:
· Post-secondary or above, preferably with professional diploma in purchasing & supplies
· 3 years relevant working experience
· Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
· Fresh graduates will be considered of junior position
