Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise and motivate promoters to achieve monthly sales targets
· Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, present insights and recommendations to management
· Drive effective incentive policy to maintain a high-performing team
· Prepare detailed performance reports and analyse for management review
· Allocate promoters to assigned locations, maintain promoter work schedule and daily operation
· Work closely with various internal & external parties for all operations matters
· Manage inventory for internal VM stock and oversee POSM replenishment for retail
· Working with different departments in planning, scheduling and execution of VM calendar including new ideas for each new launch / event / roadshow for retail team
· Carry out regular store and market visits to review visual standards and ensure displays consistently meet global requirements
· Prepare the feedback and market insight reports for management review
· Provide support on additional ad‑hoc assignments and projects when required
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store operations
· Working experience in retail / consumer electronics / visual merchandising is a plus
· Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
· Strategic planning and strong analytical skills
· Proactive, energetic, aggressive and positive mindset
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
