Responsibilities:
• Assist project manager for project management (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery) for logistics supply chain initiatives.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project handover/payment processes.
• Prepare professional reports (using Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for both internal stakeholders and client presentations.
Requirements:
• 1+ years in project management within supply chain/logistics or related fields.
• Experience in handling HK/Mainland government, public sector, or corporate tenders.
• Experience in technical proposal writing and commercial negotiation.
• Strong teamwork attitude and Result-oriented;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred;
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
