Your ‘day to day’
We are seeking for a Project Manager (NPI Electronics & Accessories)to come us on a 12months Contract (with possibility of renewal), you will lead projects from initial studies to full completion, ensuring successful delivery within the R&D function. You’ will collaborate closely with cross-functional and multicultural teams, coordinate resources, and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to drive innovation and operational excellence, enduring successful launch of our innovative products.
- Lead electronic device and accessories projects from concept to completion using PMI’s project management best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on project scope, status, and strategic decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, procurement, legal, technology, finance, and external partners.
- Drive upstream innovation, especially in CMF (Color, Material, Finishing), and ensure smooth handover for implementation.
- Develop and distribute quality project documentation including charters, schedules, meeting minutes, and post-launch evaluations.
- Resolve complex project issues through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ensure realistic project planning and budgeting to avoid delays and financing issues.
- Uphold PMI compliance policies and protect confidential information.
- Train, coach, and motivate project leaders to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to business justification through benefit-risk analysis, budgeting, and resource planning.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of project management experience in a multinational environment, preferably in consumer electronics or accessories industries.
- Strong knowledge in CMF development, manufacturing practices, product specifications, industrialization, procurement, and supply chain.
- Proven leadership of cross-cultural and remote teams.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin highly recommended.
- Functional expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
