Project Manager

Requirement:

• 8 years or above of IT experience including 4 years of project management experience.

• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in related field.

• Possesses at least one valid certification of Project Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

• Knowledge on Java, J2EE, JavaScript, React, .NET, Python, SQL Server, Oracle db.

• Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to customers.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Description:

• Assist in IT vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, ensures compliance, optimizes costs, and mitigates risks. Requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and IT procurement experience to align vendors with business goals.

• Manage the whole Software Development Life Cycle including functional requirement collection, system analysis and design, data modelling, programming, system tests, user acceptance tests, user trainings, system promotion procedures and controls, batch job setup and scheduling, monitoring and control measurements. 

• Collaborate with senior management, business analysts, systems analyst, analyst programmers and quality assurance team to implement and develop system/application for internal users and external clients.

• Participate in pre-sales activities.

• Perform R&D as needed.
