Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a key driver of project management from development to implementation process of IT projects for government and public sector;

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimations;

• Manage all aspects of project activities involved;

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders;

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients;

• Lead and manage a team in the provision of technology solutions to end-users to meet expected requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;

• At least 8 years of project management with at least 2 years’ experience in managing large scale and complex projects;

• Good understanding and execution of project with different project management methodology, including but not limited to waterfall and agile;

• Must have experience in implementing projects with development of mobile applications and/or digital products;

• Holder of certificate of PMP or proficiency in PRINCE;

• Experience in managing projects for government or public sector;

• Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline;

• Team player with positive attitude;

• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure;

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

• Willing to work overtime;

• Working Location: Airport
