Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the work of subcontractors to ensure that all construction activities are completed on time and within budget.

You will also have the opportunity to chair meetings with clients and designers to discuss project progress and to develop new businesses and service existing clients.

Requirements:
Degree in BS / PM with at least 5-8 years of solid experience in fit-out projects of offices, residential, retails and other types of spaces.

Strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Familiar with the interior fit-out nature, A&A work, and contractual documents, as well as a team leader who can work well under pressure.
