Project Executive – Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities :
• Sales & marketing of exhibition, including exhibitor recruitment, booth space planning, support sales team to fulfill sales target, etc
• Develop and maintain good relation with clients, and provide quality customer service.
• Plan and implement show promotion activities, prepare online and offline promotion materials.
• Assist in planning and management of onsite and online events.
• Coordinate with different departments for show preparation.
• Attend industry events and conferences to keep up with market trends.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• Good communication and organization skills, efficient in work, team player.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing, exhibition/ event/ advertising industry or other related fields.
• Digital promotion, online event organization, and social media promotion content development experience are an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a must).
• Occasional mainland China trips are required.
