Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HK HENGHUI BUSINESS CONSULTATION LIMITED'. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the coordination and execution of various projects, ensuring their successful delivery. This is a full-time position based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans
2. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
4. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans
5. Provide administrative support to the project management team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining project records
6. Liaise with clients and project sponsors to ensure their needs and expectations are met
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
4. Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana
5. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall, is an advantage
