Production / Print-Shop Manager (China Base - Shenzhen)

PROFILE

• Diploma holder or above with min. 10+ years working experience;
• Proven records of Management and leadership; Capable of Managing a team and face responsibilities
• Detail-oriented person with good organization abilities;
• Multi-task and Fast learner; Reliable and willing to learn new management technics.
• Confirmed knowledge in RFID Printing & Encoding equipment, Thermo-Transfer Printing, Offset Printing, Picking process;
• Solid experience in the manufacturing industry (medium sized company) is a definite advantage;
• Well verse in Microsoft Excel & Outlook, at ease by Video Conference
• Good knowledge of local Chinese culture and business practices;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English;

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage the daily productions in our new China Print Shop
• Recruit and train a team of 10 to 20 working operators
• Run the factory everyday based on multi-skills and people high versatility
• Manage various operational arrangements, like legal & commercial, production and logistic, HR & Administration, After-Sales Service (customer service);
• Build and maintain relationships with Key partners, customersand suppliers;
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies & procedures;
• Report to Hong Kong Head Quarter
