Product Manager

 Key Responsibilities:

• Solid experience in network solution, such as MPLS VPN, SD-WAN
• Support and contribute to the network solution project in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Assist and implement the project solutions plan in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Conduct the customer needs and responsible for in depth analysis for our customer; provide insights and recommendations for network solution
• Manage price book and product P&L
• Support the channel team in driving sales to end customers through partners, including direct end customer engagement and solution proposals tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with channel and technical team to deliver pre-sales support
• Keep track on product monitoring, solution performance, including sales, GP, service level, customer satisfactions, in order to communicate with management and partner for better synergy with mutual benefits

 Skills and Experiences Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience in IT & Telecommunications industry is highly preferred
• Familiar with networking technologies (such as SD-WAN, MPLS & VPN)
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Keep learning enthusiasm for new network products and new technologies
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• A good team player with good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
