Procurement Officer (Supply Chain)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coordinating sample requirements, placing sample orders, following up, and reworking as needed.
2. Responsible for the continuous optimization of the sampling process system and improving the efficiency of sample demand handling.
3. Responsible for analyzing sample order data and creating visual dashboards.
4. Responsible for entering finished product prices into the system.
5. Responsible for placing trial production orders and following up on delivery timelines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Relevant experience in supply chain management (exceptionally qualified candidates may include recent graduates).
3. Proficient in office software.
4. Able to adapt to frequent business trips to the headquarters in Shenzhen.
5. Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork abilities.
