Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining supplier resources to ensure diverse and stable procurement channels.
• Monitor the execution of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support procurement negotiations to secure competitive prices and high-quality products.
• Organize and maintain procurement documents, keeping records of procurement data and reports.
• Analyze market trends and assist in optimizing procurement processes and inventory management.
• Handle day-to-day procurement-related tasks, supporting supply chain management operations.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong data organization and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.), capable of handling daily tasks efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and stress management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Chinese; good English reading and writing skills are a plus.
