About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Presales Specialist to join our team. He / She will work alongside product management team and be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the client, providing solution consulting and engaging in other presales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the customer to understand requirement through meeting, presentation and demonstration
- Prepare solution to align with customer’s requirement
- Prepare and arrange proof of concept environment for customer
- Team up with product manager to ensure a completion of implementation
- Communicate with solution vendors for any pre-sales related update.
- Collaborate with channel sales team to enable partners' pre-sales personnel
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT pre-sales support
- Knowledge in IT Security solution (especially Endpoint & Network) will be an advantage
- Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
