工作職責:
處理店鋪日常運作,包括:銷售,整理貨架,貨品陳列,清潔衛生,盤點貨品,收貨,貨物補充以及調配;
妥善處理客戶的查詢以及了解需要,向客戶提供優質服務,以及建立穩固的客戶關係;
向顧客説明貨品特性,產品資訊,品質,價格以協助顧客選擇;
收取款項,交付商品,開發票或收據,完成交易手冊;
配合店長做好店内的輔助工作.
工作要求:
對客戶服務充滿熱情;
具備良好的溝通技巧;
適應力較强,能處理多項任務以及勇敢的接受挑戰;
具備責任感,積極正面以及主動,願意學習,善於團隊合作;
良好廣東話以及普通話溝通能力必須,英語流利者優先;
具備相關銷售或者顧客服務經驗優先;
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily store operations, including: sales, shelf organization, merchandise display, cleaning and sanitation, inventory counting, receiving goods, restocking, and merchandise allocation;
Properly address customer inquiries and understand their needs, provide excellent service, and build strong customer relationships;
Explain product features, information, quality, and pricing to assist customers in making selections;
Process payments, deliver goods, issue invoices or receipts, and complete transaction logs;
Assist the store manager with auxiliary tasks within the store.
Job Requirements:
Passionate about customer service;
Excellent communication skills;
Adaptable, capable of multitasking and embracing challenges;
Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude; eager to learn and a team player;
Strong Chinese and Mandarin communication skills; fluent English preferred;
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
