Placement Assistant Officer

• ERB placement
• Handle job application for trainees
• 5 days work in NGO

Job Responsibilites:

• Provide placement services and meet with trainees during the course
• Ensure performance standard and target set by ERB are being met
• Contact trainees and follow up their job searching status
• Refer trainees the job vacancies and recruitment events
• Handle job application for trainees
• Compile and data entry of statistics and reports
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder is preferred
• Secondary graduate with extensive experience will also be considered
• 2 years in the field of customer services, administration or human resources preferable
• Good Cantonese, fair English, simple Putonghua
• Knowledge in Word, Execel, Powerpoint, Chinese & English Typing
• Client-oriented, work independently
