职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the CEO in both business activities and personal matters.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings; prepare minutes, reports, meeting materials, and agendas.
  • Participate in leadership and strategy meetings.
  • Drive projects or campaigns from ideation to completion.
  • Handle travel arrangements for business or leisure trips, including flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, and visa applications.
  • Support the senior management with basic administrative tasks, e.g., expense claims, reimbursement matters, etc. 
  • Perform any ad hoc projects assigned 
  • Handle full range of children learning and development
  • Report children’s progress to parents
  • Experienced in teaching primary school children
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin

 Requirements:

  • University graduates in any discipline; 3 years or more of experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to learn quickly.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Displays humility and kindness.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Target-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
