Leeha Capital is an independent family office with financial investments and wine and spirits businesses. The family has Asia/ European heritage and activities with its main office is based in Hong Kong. The role is for a Personal Assistant for the two principals.

Description

─      The scope of work is broad, varied and offers many possibilities for growth.  The candidate should be proactive, comfortable with multi-tasking, respecting deadlines and dealing with different areas/industries so as to adapt quickly to new situations

─      Lead Assistant including office manager responsibilities. Office is based in Central

─      Candidate is expected to have at least 5-7 years’ work experience

─      Required to have fluency in English and Cantonese. Most written correspondence will be in English

─      In terms of approach to work, ability to be self-organized and prioritize, attention to detail and a diligent “can do” attitude would be important.

Responsibilities

─         As the lead assistant at the office, responsibilities for the head office will include office administrative management (payrolls, office bills, office management office related), HR function (payrolls, contracts), process and track payments for various group companies and so forth

─         For group companies and Wine and Spirits Business

o   Take up an officer manager role and be the information control tower for the group. Organize and maintain the group’s share drives and ensure all documentation is properly labelled and scanned into the share drive

o   Well maintain bank records; scan all relevant receipts, maintain accurate bank books for cheque recording, download statements and thoroughly check

o   Coordinate driver delivery schedules together with wines sales team

o   Process administration tasks such as utility bills, management fees, record cheques for expenses, HR contracts and MPF

o   Support the company accountant’s work

─         For Personal:

o   Draft weekly children’s schedules and coordinate driver’s schedules; assist with child activities and school needs

o   Management of household staff, bills and ad hoc management and maintenance related matters

o   Process and follow up on medical insurance claims for the household

o   Analysis of spending budgets; manage personal and company cheque books; coordinate with yacht and boat teams; any other personal related tasks assigned.

─         Basic communication with affiliated offices in Europe, Japan and South America when relevant

Offering

-          Working hours are 9am to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday; be available during off hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and holidays) on need be basis

-          Salary and annual leave days are subject to discussion depending on the candidate’s background and level of experience

-          Local health insurance is provided
