Parts Executive/Assistant 零件專員/助理

Working Location: Tin Shui Wai

Responsibilities

• Preparing parts quotation, negotiate price with local suppliers
• Follow-up delivery of back-ordered items
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain warehouse condition and responsible for monthly stock take

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years relevant experience, preferably in automotive parts
• Pleasant, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
