Oversea Sales Executive

About the role

Join us! You will play a crucial role indeveloping business with overseas agents. Leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to identify and secure lucrative opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential overseas freight forwarding agents in strategic markets for partnership.

• Initiate contact, build rapport, and formally onboard new agent partners.

• Work closely with your agent network to secure and coordinate freight volumes, ensuring smooth operational handoffs.

• Establish and negotiate competitive rates and mutual terms of cooperation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned agents, fostering strong, long-term, and profitable relationships.

• Meet and exceed targets for new agent signings, gross profit, and volume growth from the agent network.

• Travel overseas to attend network conferences

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding;

Proven experience in developing business with overseas agents is highly preferred.

• Understanding of air and ocean freight operations, pricing, and trade lane dynamics.

• An existing network of contacts within the global freight forwarding community is a significant advantage.

• Excellent in communication, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Proficiency in other languages is a major plus.

• Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently to build a territory.
