Title: Operations & Project Officer 營運及項目主任

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and project execution at In Lieu, a fast-growing functional beverage brand. Your work will directly support our expansion in Hong Kong and Macau, touching on logistics, inventory, customer service, and team leadership.

你將負責 In Lieu 的日常營運與項目執行，協助我們在香港與澳門擴展業務。工作範圍涵蓋物流、庫存管理、客戶服務與團隊管理，對業務增長有直接影響。

Your Role

You’ll run day-to-day operations and drive key projects that support our growth.
你將負責日常營運，並推動重點項目，直接影響我們的成長與客戶體驗。

Key Responsibilities 工作內容

• Manage logistics coordination (local & cross-border)
  協調本地及跨境物流

• Schedule and follow up on orders & deliveries
  安排並跟進訂單及送貨進度

• Handle invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
  處理發票、付款及基本簿記

• Oversee inventory across 3 warehouses
  管理三個倉庫的庫存

• Deliver excellent customer service (retail & B2B)
  提供卓越的客戶服務（零售及商業客戶）

• Lead and manage part-time staff & interns
  帶領兼職員工及實習生

Who You Are 理想人選

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
  精通廣東話與英語（懂普通話更佳）

• 3+ years in operations/logistics/project management
  三年以上營運、物流或項目管理經驗

• Strong communication & client-facing skills
  優秀的溝通與客戶應對能力

• Background in trading, retail, or B2B preferred
  有貿易、零售或B2B經驗者優先

• Familiar with F&B or hospitality a plus
  熟悉餐飲或酒店行業尤佳

• Self-starter, organized, and agile
  主動有序、能適應快速變化的工作環境

• Proficient in accounting & inventory tools
  熟悉會計及庫存管理工具

• Expected salary: around HKD 25,000/month
  預期薪金：約港幣25,000元／月
