We are seeking an experienced and results-driven candidate to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in managing procurement, inventory control, and international logistics to ensure the seamless operation of our business.

Core Responsibilities:

As the Operations Manager, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness across all supply chain functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. The core responsibilities of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:-

1. Supply Chain & Logistics Management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and international logistics (import/export)
  • Optimize shipping routes and lead times to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations (Incoterms, customs clearance, tariffs)

2. Cost Optimization & Profitability

  • Monitor and control operational costs (freight, warehousing, duties) to maintain profit margins.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards

3.Inventory & Warehouse Control

  • Develop and maintain efficient inventory management systems
  • Implement stock control measures to balance inventory levels and working capital

4.Operational Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly operational reports (AR aging, backlog status, inventory)
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management

5.Sales & Customer Operations

  • Collaborate with sales, admin teams and other internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Streamline cross-departmental processes to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably trading test & measurement instruments, electronic components, IT or medical equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving high performance among team members in HKG and PRC.
  • Familiarity with common operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data analysis tools).
  • Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
