Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Engineering team and assist in managing and updating project documentation, including databases and reports

Preparing status reports regarding staffing, overtime, shift allowances and vehicles as well as handling contractor invoices, petty cash, and reimbursements
-
Coordinating with government agencies to ensure all applications are completed successfully
-
Working with the team to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Occupational Safety and Health requirements
-
Managing the office supply inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining an inventory of supplies on hand
-
Understanding company policies and providing training to junior staff on administration and coordination procedures
Qualifications and Experience Required:
-
Form 5 / DSE or above
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
A fast learner, attentive to detail, responsible and reliable

Proficient in MS office applications
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
