Operation Officer (F&B - Lobby)

• 5 days per week (rotating shifts), 10 hours per day
• 12 days of paid annual leave

About the role

Beans Group Limited is seeking an experienced Operation Officer (F&B - Lobby) to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage branches within the lobby.

What you'll be doing

• Support store operations (Lobby) 
• Monitor store hygiene and establish measurable standards
• Monitor pest control and cleaning progress and effectiveness
• Team training; revise and train relevant service SOPs
• Establish a training plan for staff and regularly review its effectiveness
• Assist in the planning of new stores

What we're looking for

• at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication and writing skills
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Punctual, responsible, patient, willing to learn, and a team player
• Teaching/training experience
