Operation Manager

Responsibilities :
• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities
• Manage and control in daily factory operation for productivity, quality control and on time delivery
• Hand in hand work with R&D leader to follow up projects & accelerate its progress
• Well versed in product development cycle and procedures
• ERP system implementation to optimize productivity and performance
• Handle all ad hoc duties and projects

Requirements:
• At least 15 years relevant experience in daily manufacturing industry
• Familiar with project development flow
• Solid design experience in ME or / and EE
• Knowledge in China labor ordinance & implementation of 5S efficiently & effectively
• Strong leadership skills, decisive and excellent in communications with all levels
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem-solving ability
• Capable of work under pressure and work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) - will be advantageous
• Diploma / Degree holder - is preferential
