Operation / Logistics Manager - Food

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and warehousing team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider to deliver exceptional service to globally recognized customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the 3PL provider to manage daily outbound shipments to customers.
• Prepare sales documents, including purchase orders, packing lists, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle import declarations and oversee the inbound logistics of products into the warehouse.
• Work closely with our shipping and production teams based in mainland China to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain precise inventory and customer data within our ERP system for optimal tracking and reporting.
• Analyze and streamline existing logistics, shipping, and warehousing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Negotiate with service providers to optimize costs and improve service delivery.
• Lead by example and provide guidance to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as needed to support operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of the import and declaration systems in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese word processing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent team player with outstanding communication skills.

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
