We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On/Off Trade Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within key on-trade accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs) and off-trade accounts (retail stores, supermarkets, wine shops). This role requires a proactive approach to account management, identifying customer needs, building strong relationships, and actively promoting our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and new on-trade and off-trade accounts across Hong Kong.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated accounts and product categories.
- Conduct regular account visits to build rapport, understand customer requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
- Present our product portfolio effectively and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each account.
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company strategy.
Relationship Building & Account Development:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights on market trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
- Identify potential new accounts and opportunities for expanding distribution within the market.
Brand Promotion & Activation:
- Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, product tastings, training sessions, and other promotional events for account staff and customers.
- Educate account staff on our products' unique selling points, history, and perfect serve/pairing suggestions.
- Ensure our brands are effectively represented and merchandised in account locations where applicable.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using company reporting tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account status.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and account support.
- Resolve any customer issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically selling alcoholic beverages to the On-Trade (hotels, restaurants, bars) and/or Off-Trade (retail stores, supermarkets, wine shops) channels in Hong Kong.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, plan visits, and work independently.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken) is essential. Mandarin is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong F&B and retail landscape, particularly within the beverage sector.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently across Hong Kong to visit accounts.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and good personal hygiene.
