Network Manager / Assistant Manager (Maintenance Network Operation)

Job Description:

• Provide team management and leadership and be accountable for all network-related functions in the Customer network maintenance division, including projects, operations and maintenance infrastructure.
• Managing the service operation to meet the corresponding service level agreement.
• Developing and maintaining the scope of work and operational procedures.
• Manage the procurement process for the projects, including collecting network requirements, preparing documents for tendering, proposal evaluation, contract, compliances and approval.
• Preparing performance statistics and service reports and conducting presentation to client’s executive.
• Govern and maintain compliance with internal and client’s established process and audit requirements.
• Performing regular operation/performance reviews and updating the process and workflow when required.
• Identifying the operational issue and area of improvement and tracking the mitigation progress.

Job Requirements:

• Previous working experience as a Network Manager / Assistant manager for 3-5 years.
• Proven experience in routers, switches, load balancer, firewall devices, etc.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset. Good Interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
