Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).

• Perform configuration changes following change management policies.

• Monitor network performance and implement proactive measures using tools.

• Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents within SLA.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (configuration sheets, installation guides, operation manuals).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation and migration tasks.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and endpoint protection policies.

Job Requirement:

• Mandatory: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.

• Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).

• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SCCM preferred.

• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (SIEM, SolarWinds) and endpoint security management.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNP, CCDP, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL.

• Additional vendor certifications (H3CNE-Cloud, NetApp, HPE) are a plus.
