Yixing Toys Co., Limited established over 10 years.  We worked with different famous IP brand like Disney, Sanrio and local or overseas designer for their designer art piece and gift & premium products.  We are toys lovers, and we would like to invite energetic and young teammate to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all orders from mainland China, including pre-communication with customers and product production assessments.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis of the toy industry in mainland China to identify annual trends in toy styles.
• Develop or adjust the company’s production strategy and mainstream sales direction based on market feedback.
• Coordinate the collaborative relationship between the production and sales departments, establishing an effective internal collaboration mechanism to maximize departmental efficiency.

Requirements

·       Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Native Cantonese speaker and fluent in Mandarin

·       Experience in merchandising field of toys or gift & premium preferred

·       Detail minded, patient, hardworking and fast learner

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Target oriented, mobility and familiar with problem solving

·       Proficient in computer operations such as MS office Excel/Word/AI illustrator/Photoshop etc
